HERE IS SOME STEP HOW CAN YOU STAY FIT IN THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD IN HOME.

1. EAT HEALTHY- 

DURING THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD YOU HAVE TO MUST EAT HEALTHY FOR MAINTAIN YOUR BODY. BECAUSE YOUR BODY NEEDS ENERGY IN THIS SITUATION AND YOU WILL GET ENERGY FROM YOUR FOODS. SO EAT THAT'S FOOD WHICH has MORE VITAMINS, CALCIUM, AND PROTEINS. IT'S HELP YOU TO IMPROVE YOUR MUSCLE.

2.SLEEP IN A RANGE-

DUE TO THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD SLEEP 8-10 HOURS NOT MORE THAN 10 HOURS AND NOT LESS THEN 8 HOURS. IF YOU SLEEP MORE THAN 10 HOURS THAN YOUR BODY FATS WILL BE INCREASE AND THAT IS NOT BE GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH.



3. MAINTAIN A REGULAR LIFESTYLE-  

IF YOU WANT TO STAY FIT IN THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD THEN YOU HAVE TO  MUST MAINTAIN A REGULAR LIFESTYLE. FIX A TIME FOR EAT AND SLEEP.

4. DON'T USE MOBILE HEAVILY-

MOBILE CAN DAMAGE YOU VERY HARDLY IF YOU WANT TO SAFE THEN DON'T USE MOBILE PHONE VERY HEAVILY BECAUSE MOBILE PHONE CAN CAUSE CANCER, TUMOUR, AND CAN EFFECT ON YOUR RETINA SO USE MOBILE WHEN YOU NEED IT.

5. EXERCISE AT HOME- 

MAKE EXERCISE ON HOME FOR STAY FIT, YOU HAVE TO MAKE EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PER DAY. AND YOU CAN PLAY WITH YOUR CHILDREN FOR SPENDING TIME.

6. TAKE MORE WATER-

NOW THE CURRENT SITUATION IS LOCKDOWN WITH SUMMER SO IF YOU WANT to STAY FIT YOU HAVE TO TAKE AT LEAST 1.5 LITTER WATER PER DAY. IT WILL SAVE YOU FROM ANY KIND OF HARD DISEASE.

7. STORYTIME-

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BORED FOR DURING THIS LOCKDOWN THEN YOU CAN READ STORYBOOK FOR SPENT YOUR TIME. OR YOU CAN PLAY WITH YOUR BABY.

8. DON'T TAKE ANY COLD THING-

IN THIS SITUATION DON'T TAKE ANY COLD ITEMS LIKE ICE-CREAM, COLD DRINKS E.T.C.

9. CONTROL YOUR AC TEMPERATURE-

DON'T USE YOUR AC WITH A VERY LOW TEMPERATURE.USE YOUR AC IN A NORMAL ROOM TEMPERATURE 24 DEGREE CELSIUS.

10. STAY HOME-

ALWAYS TRY TO STAY HOME. OR IF HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE THE HOME THEN MUST WEAR A MUSK AND TAKE GLOVES WITH YOU. AND DON'T GO IN CROWED. AND MUST BE MAINTAIN THE SOCIAL DISTANCE.
